THE ECOSYSTEM
LEGACY RECLAIMED LLC &
THE NEXT DETROIT ECOSYSTEM
One System. Multiple Businesses. Shared Purpose.
Legacy Reclaimed LLC is the for-profit business-development and operating structure behind the Next Detroit ecosystem. Together with our Community Partners and future nonprofit wing, we are building businesses, creating jobs, developing people, and strengthening Detroit for generations to come.
CURRENTLY IN THE PLANNING & PRE-LAUNCH STAGE
This website reflects our vision, structure, and intended direction.
EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW
We Are Not Building Isolated Businesses.
We build a connected ecosystem where every business, partner, employee, and community initiative strengthens the next.
Detroit Does Not Lack Talent. It Needs More Connected Pathways.
Immediate help has its place, but it is not enough. We connect support with long-term opportunity — pairing help for today (support, resources, stability) with opportunity for tomorrow (jobs, training, leadership, entrepreneurship).
Businesses Create the Engine. People Give it Purpose. The Ecosystem Multiplies the Impact.

OUR LONG-TERM VISION & COMMITMENT
We Are Building
More Than Businesses
We are working toward a Detroit where more residents can access dependable employment, workers can see a path toward advancement, parents can pursue opportunity without sacrificing the safety of their children, people returning from incarceration can rebuild with structure and accountability, entrepreneurs can access guidance and startup support, independent businesses can grow while contributing to their communities, employees can participate in the value they help create, and successful ventures can help fund new businesses.
We are building pathways. We are building leaders. We are building partnerships. We are building stronger families. We are building new opportunities. We are building an ecosystem designed to keep growing beyond one business, one program, or one generation.
We will build carefully. We will separate business and nonprofit finances. We will not claim impact before it exists. We will publish real progress as businesses and programs launch.
Legacy Reclaimed builds the businesses. Next Detroit connects the ecosystem. Community Partners expand the network. The future foundation strengthens direct community support. Together, they create opportunity that can multiply across Detroit.

Legacy Reclaimed LLC is the for-profit holding company that develops, owns, and operates the businesses within the Next Detroit ecosystem.
After all expenses and reserves, distributable net profit is split 50/50 between the Legacy Reclaimed Growth & Stability Fund and an eligible employee profit-sharing pool, for employees who meet service and policy requirements.
