ABOUT US

BUILDING OPPORTUNITY. CHANGING LIVES. CREATING LEGACY.

Next Detroit is a pre-launch community and economic development movement created through Legacy Reclaimed LLC. We are designing and building a connected ecosystem of businesses, workforce pathways, entrepreneurship, partnerships, and future charitable initiatives—all working together to create long-term opportunity across Detroit.

PRE-LAUNCH TRANSPARENCY

Next Detroit is currently in planning and development. This page reflects the vision, structure, and intended direction of the movement.

WHO WE ARE

Next Detroit is the public-facing movement and community ecosystem, while Legacy Reclaimed LLC is the business-development and operating structure behind it.

Together, we are building an ecosystem that connects residents, entrepreneurs, businesses, educators, community partners, and future programs around one shared goal: long-term opportunity for Detroit.

Our Mission

To build a connected economic and community-development ecosystem that transforms businesses into engines of lasting opportunity, creates jobs, develops leaders, supports families, expands access to ownership, and strengthens Detroit neighborhoods for generations to come.

Our Vision

A Detroit where people can work, grow, lead, build, own, and thrive—where stronger businesses, stronger families, and stronger communities create a city of opportunity, pride, and lasting legacy for generations.

Our Approach

We use an ecosystem model that brings business development, jobs and training, leadership pathways, entrepreneurship, community partnerships, and future nonprofit support together so every part strengthens the whole.

Our Promise

We commit to transparency, integrity, responsible growth, measurable impact, and building with the community—not just for the community. We don't make empty promises. We build with purpose and accountability.

WHY WE EXIST

DETROIT DOESN'T LACK TALENT. IT NEEDS MORE PATHWAYS.

Too many people are separated from stable employment, quality childcare, training, business guidance, mentorship, and ownership opportunities. Next Detroit exists to connect the missing pieces and create real pathways into opportunity for individuals, families, and neighborhoods.

Jobs & Training

Create quality jobs and career pathways that lead to long-term stability.

Family Stability

Strengthen families with support, resources, and solutions that reduce barriers.

Entrepreneurship
